In order to see your site online, the files need to be 'hosted' on a server. This is done with a Hosting company. We can advise on reputable Hosting Companies that have uptime guarantees and excellent customer support.

Will I own the site when it is completed ?

After your site has been completed, uploaded to your chosen Hosting Company and payment received, you will have complete ownership of the site. A copy can also be provided to you on CD.

How long will it take to finish my Site ?

One to four weeks depending on the amount of text / images you require and any amendments you want done during the design process. Progress will be viewable online. A lot will depend on how quickly you can provide us with the text and images.

How do I pay ?

Can I update my site ?

If you wish to make changes to your site in the future we can do this for you. Contact us for information about our rates.

How do I get the material to you, to start the project ?

Electronic form is best as it saves time. Text and Photos by Email.

Can I see how many people have visited my site ?

Depending on the Hosting Service you use, you will have access to a Control Panel and be able to see the viewing statistics for your site.

Can I get Email with my site ?

Yes. We can set up Webmail and Email forwarding. Also POP3.

What guarantees come with the hosting that you recommend?

No Web Hosting company can guarantee 100% uptime; but we recommend companies that quote 99.9% uptime.

Do you display any banners or pop up ads on my web site ?

Absolutely Not. We will however put a small link to this site at the bottom of your Home page.

What do I need to provide ?

Text you want on the site, photos and ideas on how you want it to look.
We will send you a questionnaire to ask you everything we need to know in order to design your site.
